Q: I am trying to log in, and it won't accept my login/password. A: The system currently in place is case-sensative. Which means that an uppercase letter does not work in place of a lower case letter. If you have download access, the login and password are both all lowercase. Q: I logged in to my division to download a file, but now I need a file from another division and it wont let me log on. What is wrong? A: In order to download files, you must first have the appropriate login and password. Each division of STS rentals has a seperate login/password. In order to access another section, you must obtain the correct login/password. Q: When I try to click on a file to download it, it opens it instead in the browser. How can I just download it? A: In order to download the file, Right-Click on the file, and select "Save Target As..." Choose a location in which you want the files saved on your computer, then press "Save". |
