The QHSE mission is to develop highly qualified personnel, to continuously improve product reliability and the service quality while minimizing health hazards, improving the safety performance, protecting the environment and to comply with all regulatory mandates applicable to the work place and job sites.
QHSE is strongly dedicated to the proactive integration and continual upgrading of all standards that promote, compliment and strengthen the above objectives. The commitment is reinforced through customer input, mentor programs and a series of internal and external programs that routinely monitor, analyze and measure compliance. Goal achievement relative to individual progression, job site performance, the individual and group health and safety as well as environmental awareness are measured and tied directly to various individual and group incentive programs-all of which further support the objective.
